Hi(:
im 13 & i weigh 168 punds & REALLY want to lose about 40-45 pounds by the end of May !
I have look all over the Internet but can’t find any weight loss plan for me.
I need someone to design a breakfast, lunch , dinner & snack weight loss plan or Weight Loss Tip for me.
I will REALLY appriciate the Help ! Thanks(: !

Hey im 14 and im starting the same journey as you (: I’ll type down what I think is the ideal weight loss schedule (:
for breakfast eat 1 egg (hard boiled or scrambled, which ever you prefer) and a toast
for lunch eat a small salad with grilled chicken on the side for some protein (check the serving seize on the back of the salad dressing bottle and only put that much on your salad. be sure to put yummy things into your salad so it doesnt get boring! like cranberries or tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, etc.)
For dinner I’d eat about the same thing as you did for lunch, just because i cant think of anything right now! haha sorry ):
and if snacks are necessary what I like doing is cutting a pepper in half and putting cottage cheese into the half and saving the other for another time when i want a snack!
After school everyday i suggest going to a gym or going for walks around your neighborhood or swim (swimming burns a lot of calories alongside roller blading); just to keep you moving.
drink ONLY water that will really help you and drink 4 bottles. this will help you with digestion and even clear skin! (water does miracles)
during the weekend try not to give into anything but you can slip up once or twice along the way after all we should still enjoy being young (:
