Question by Chrissy: How do I get over depression at a young age?
I’m only 12 and I think I’m Clinically depressed- but I don’t want to tell my parents. I can’t afford therapy and again, I DON’T want to tell them. How do I get happier?

I am 17 and I suffer through depression as well.. I really think you should talk to your school counselor about it, and they will NOT tell anyone. They will keep it a secret. The school counselor is free, and totally confidential. I need to do the same..
