Question by Jeff C: What are the best supplements for weight loss?
I am 20 yeara old, 6″2 and weight 215 lbs. i just recently gained a lot of weight as back in the summer i was 190. Most of my fat is in my mid section and I know that’s the hardest place to burn fat. I’m mainly just trying to get back where I was in the summer and to lose a little more than that. I’m starting to go to the gym and doing cardio (2-3 miles on eliptical) and weights 4 or 5 days a week. What supplements can I take that will make the weight loss process a little bit easier and possibly quicker? My goal is to get to 180-185 by may-june. Thanks.

There are no supplements that genuinely work. All that stuff is mumbo jumbo marketing sold to make money from the gullible.

Diet and exercise is what you need to be doing.

215 to 185 should be easily achievable in that time.

Question by Jake: Any teens that have been on Carnival Triumph cruise before?
Hey. I’m a 14 year old guy and I’m going on my first cruise in February on the Carnival Triumph. I’m not sure what to expect. I’ve looked up stuff on the internet but I was wondering if there are any teens my age that could share their experiences with me? Any advice on what to do on the boat the first night I get there? Anything you want to tell me..thanks!

hey i just got off of the carnival triumph yesterday in New Orleans. when is your birthday?

if you will be 15 or really close to being 15 by February than you might be able to become part of club o2 which is for 15-17 year olds. club o2 is open most of the time throughout the day and is only closed late late at night and for a few hours during the day. at the club you have many different things you can do and participate in. they have various activities throughout the day. at night there is always a party with great music. at the club you will meet a lot of people. remember to be very social and outgoing even if you’re normally not. and of course on the last night you got to get the digits and facebooks to become friends with all of the girls you met.

if you will not be 15 and not really close to 15 than you will want to be part of circle c. i don’t know much about it since i am 16 and was part of o2 but it is pretty similar to o2. i don’t know if they have a party in there every night or not and even though you might want to be part of o2 if you are more mature than most people your age since circle c is for 12-14 year olds, you can’t because they can tell your age. you cant lie and they have a person guarding the door at night. even though i was not allowed in there i still went in and looked around. there were lots of tvs to play video games on.

you want to make sure you get your @$ $ up their the day you get their for the orientation meeting because they make friends quickly and if you are not there you might find yourself friendless for a while. however, with that being said they are usually nice and accept you but the sooner the better. By the last day you will want to make sure you tell the pretty girls that you think they are pretty especially if you have never done it before. cruises are the best place for somebody to get used to talking to girls if they have never had a girlfriend before because you get to know them and after about a week they are gone. just don’t get to attached to somebody. and remember Canadians get VERY defensive about Canadian bacon NOT being ham,

Question by B.: How do I ask my parents for birth control?
I’m a teen, and I live with my dad, but I don’t want him to flip out if I ask for birth control, I need it to help with my periods:/ i’ve had a boyfriend for seven months now, but I don’t want him to think I’m asking cause of sex or something. How can I ask him without getting a negative reaction?

well when you are on your period i would suggest for u to make it look like your cramps are so bad you have to stay in bed. So then say to your dad you looked up medications that can help with cramps, and say that birth control helps with that.

Question by Ezra Alix Turner: Will going on depression meds put me in a zombie like state?
I think I’m depressed, not very depressed, I go in and out of moods and I cried about 2 times this week. I wanted to avoid depression medicine, as my mom said that it makes a person zombie like, and she didn’t want me on them. Now I’m at the end of my wit, I’m tired of this shit, I feel I need the medication. But does it really make a person Zombie like, or want to commit suicide?

I haven’t tried zoloft, but since the very first lexapro tablet I ever took, I have never had an orgasm again. Sexual side effects ruin your life. They dont tell you how important that is. Its also common that after going off SSRI’S that youll have suicidal thoughts. When therapy doesnt work you feel hopeless. ~~~ The drugs used to treat depression have wide range of side-effects. Those side-effects are ranging from extreme weight gain to sexual coldness (which is as serious as to bring couples on the verge of divorce) and irreversable parkinson like neurological diseases. Although psychiatrists often mention that they have drugs to prevent some of those side effects people should always bear in mind that these drugs prescribed for side-effects of antidepressants too have their own individual side-effects and this’ll eventually become a real dead-end street for them.??????? Medicine makes me tired and zombish…. I did try going to a doctor and getting on meds for depression and anxiety. I didnt like the way they made me feel… like i felt numb. they didnt make the problems go away that made me feel that way… ~~~ It was in therapy where anti-depressants entered my life, and Prozac drained my emotions.
