Question by Nemo: why do they feel they should tell stories of teen dad being successful,instead of a teen mom being successful?
It seems like if a teen dad who’s becoming successful gets more recognition. But when a teen mom, who’s going to suffer more, gets less recognition for their success.

Books are random selections from the shelves and kids are signing them out faster than I can pull books to take their place. This is a great way to pull out those “gems” that get hidden in the stacks and not signed out.

I had a lesson today with my middle school director, Keith DiSantis. The guy is an amazing jazz saxophonist, and a wonderful teacher. He’s got so many ideas. He helped me put together a solo for a song I’m featured on.

What is the most effective workout for weight loss especially for obese people?
I am not asking for obvious answers such as they have to eat less or eat healthier.
I would like to know your opinion on the workout part, what and how obese people should work out.

I would have to say high level of cardio should able to lose weight very quickly. But, first, you may want to consult your doctor first about doing this activity.

im in the same coditions so i researched it and people are saying that bio oil is like the best skin toner used for acne scars, stretch marks, dark skin, and many other stuff so i’m going to try it and see if it works they sell it in walmart or walgreens
