Question by radal94: Is walking and a stability ball enough for weight loss?
I need to lose lots of weight (about 50 or more pounds) and was wondering if walking and the stability ball would be enough for this weight loss? Or should I start out with this, then gradually change walking into jogging then running?

Right now I use XAT, but I want something that is more secure. I run a site for a group and I want to be able to have a chat on my site and the users download a program that lets them chat in that same room from there computer without a browser. Also, I want to be able to write messages and when the users sign in, it appears on there desktop. Any suggestions?

these chat rooms cannot be downloaded once you create it but it can be putten on web sites

these chat rooms are maybe more suitable for teens i dont go on it any more

How does having a baby young effect the body of a teenage mother during or after delivery?
Also, how do the babies of teen mothers suffer physical? Are they more likely to get a disease or something than babies born to older mothers?

I don’t really think it’s different than an older woman to have a baby. I’m not a teen mom, so I wouldn’t know. But why would they be most likely to get a disease? That doesn’t make sense, because all of them are girls. All of them would treat the baby just like any other mother would. Physical? No. Because they are humans too. It’s not like they are aliens. Pregnancy is probably the same for everyone.
