I can’t find a free weight loss program for women that we can do for a week. Everything is for men.

In fact, a lot of weight loss tips that available in the internet, it is not only exclusively for men, but you can implement it to you as well. Most of the available weight loss tips ( I mean free tips) are guiding you how to have a good exercise, or diet plan in order to lose your body weight in short of time. But it may not be suitable for yourself, as all of us have different body types, life styles, eating habits and other factors.
When you get any weight loss program or weight loss tips from any books or internet, do not follow the tips or given weight loss programs blindly. You should always make your own research about any kind of exercise plan or diet plan, then only design and customize your own weight loss plan accordingly.
From the starting, you may find it is difficult for you to design your own weight loss plan. First of all, you need to know:
1. Your body type – related to your metabolism rate.
2. Your life style – what kind of exercises are really available for you.
3. Eating habits – for example, Asian used to have rice for their meal, but Caucasians are not. So how about you?
4. Your Weight Loss Goal.
5. Targeted Period to achieve.

hi! I want to find a natural looking foundation, that gives my face a healthy look, but don’t want to waste loads of money on it.
Also, if anyone has any good beauty tips, for example a face wash or really good face mask, and plz fairly cheap.

Answer by chelseygrrl69 olay makes the best face washes, they keep changing the names them but try one that is a mild cleanser and scrub. i had a few pimples once in a while but olay face washes made them go away, and the cleansers are not even intended to treat pimples.
the cheapest nice makeup i know of is rimmel’s stay matte mineral pressed powder. it covers and works well and does keep your completion matte. i use it when i run out of my bare essentials and don’t feel like paying all the money for new.

I need activities teens (girls and guys) can do together outside of school (like group dates) that are appropriate, safe, and inexpensive. got any ideas?

Answer by Artoro A Li Join the outside Youth Group, Ladies Club, Activities Centre or even just form your own interest group of friends like Study Group, Learning Club or Chit-Chat Gang to do your socialisation.
Example: I have a singing & dancing group, meet once a week
A photographic Club for camera-men & ladies.
A old boys meeting group, meet once a month.
You can have yours too.
