Some sites are better than others, and some sites promote a sense of community spirit more than others.
I would suggest trying Paltalk, Rounds.com, or CamFrog. The best thing about these sites is the numerous topic based chat rooms that they offer. Unlike roulette chat, interest based chatting is generally more intelligent.
Paltalk is one of my favorite sites. They have millions of users, and they boast of having the largest chat community on the internet. The only negative issue is that you have to download software to participate in the chatting.
If you are still in your teens or early twenties, try Stickam, Justin.tv, or TinyChat. These sites are browser based so you won’t have to download any chatting platform.
