Question by Lauren: Has anyone ever used Skin ID and had successful results?
I am a teen with stubborn acne and I have tried everything. I took the whole skin id test thing and found out the stuff was 50 bucks. So, I wanted to know if anyone has ever used Skin ID and has had successful results.Thanks!

Well it works… sort of. The only way to really get rid of ALL acne is through patience. I know how ripping that feels to wait it out though.
I would say the SkinID results were satisfying, but not successful.

Question by Terry: are there chat rooms for parents with a child that has Reactive Attachment Disorder?
My husband and I adopted a teen with RAD. I would like to talk with other parents who are dealing with RAD. I guess I am looking for support, someone to talk to. Hope I talk with someone. Thank you for listening, take care

Contact your local mental health agency, they should be able to direct you to support groups in your area. RAD is not a particularly common disorder, but support groups for teens with developmental disorders may prove helpful. There are overlaps in symptoms of many developmental disorders, and other children may have similar symptoms even if they don’t have the same diagnosis.

In addition, read everything you can find on the disorder as well as books and articles that focus on nutrition and mental health. Mental health, like physical health, is determined by diet. Even in those disorders that result from experience…diet can help to make a person more resilient, thereby improving symptoms.
