I have my own exercise program but I would like to add a diet to it. Please do not give me any lectures about the importance of slow weight loss and proper nutrition. I simply want a quick fad diet that is cheap. Thank you!

Please Help!! I have been wanting to open a youth center and start a teen summit (another name for teen summit would be great as well) but over all I want to start an group where teen deal with everyday issues become more responsible and focus on an morepositive level. I want to speak at schools. If any has any suggestions or ideas that could help or maybe a your experience that would be greatly appreciated.

Answer by fluropink wow – you are a brave person – it would be a lot of work, and you would need help and support. I don’t know where you are from, but you could possibly get funding and SUPPORT from your local council maybe. Have you even got a possible venue for this project? Speaking at schools is good – and once you’ve spoken there, you may even get funding from them. The best thing to do is get funding -: first of all – flyers, ring up schools, radio promotion locally, but schools are the best place to start. What subject in particular is this for?
