That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol – that should keep you motivated!) At the end of the day, its about being HEALTHY (not skinny) whatever that weight is for you. Question by me.: What are some good safe chat rooms for teens?
I used to have kol then I turned 13 now I want a real teen chat room, not from aol though. Got any? And they have to be safe and can’t be all about love or somethin like that.

They are all garbage really, they want you to pay to talk. The only decent one WAS mylol.com but that thing isnt even cared for anymore, 1active member a day lol. Plentyoffish isnt to bad.

from 17% bf and 168 to 10% and 157 in 2 months, with a routine of 6 days of exercise 20min cardio + wieghts(upper body, lower body, abs), 2000 cals a day, and 160g of protien daily. Casien every night before bed, was soooooo helpful. Also i ate every 1 1/2 hours. I took lots of vitamins.

Edit: Don’t set your goal as pounds, because you want to lose fat not wieght

Question by bookworm708: Trying to find a brunette singer from a particular music video!?
At Journeys Kidz they play teen music videos like Aly and AJ, No Secrets, Jonas Brothers, and Play. There is one music video that I can’t figure out who the singer is. I work in the store across the way, and I can never get close enough to see or hear it! The singer is a teen or 20s aged brunette, and looks kind of punk. The theme of the video is her singing with a band, alternating with her in like a “Pick a Bachelorette” kind of scenario, complete with game show host, with a cheerleader and another blonde girl (both might be her with a wig) as the other contestants. All three are sitting on stools and the words “pick me, pick me” are on the wall in the background.
