It’s been a while since I’ve done a vanity shot/weight loss update: www.flickr.com/photos/oblivion/2388527932/ I’ve been stalled right around 180 pounds since DawnapaDrewza2a, if not longer. It’s kind of frustrating, but on the upside, it’s still almost 30 pounds lighter than I ahd been AND I haven’t put weight back on.
The reason for this picture is twofold. First, I thought I was lookin’ pretty good today though this angle doesn’t really show my arms well. Secondly, I wanted to mark my condition going in to winter as motivation not to let myself slip into hibernation/weight gain.
I think my belly hair makes my tummy look more ’round’ than it actually is. Maybe I should have done a profile, too.
Anyway, it’s still not a 6-pack, but it’s not a beer gut, either.
So there.

t his particular weight loss plan had me following a specific formula each day…3 main meals, and 3 snacks. Perfect…NEVER ever hungry! I did want to follow the instructions correctly, and found index cards on my frig helped me not stray off the course. Cute magnets and a funny note card of a cat with salad greens in its mouth make me feel happy and up lifted each day.

I own the album Flyleaf with the CD and DVD that has 5 acoustic music videos and 3 other music videos. I’ve been trying ot find a way to put them on my itunes without buying them from itunes, since I already own them. Does anyone know how I can get these music videos onto my Itunes? Thank you!
