hi guys. i am ashley and im 15. i weigh around 60kg132 lbs and i am 55. iam size 12 right nowuk. i used to be really skinny and everything but winter got me messed up. since now summers just round the corner i really want to be skinny again and be able to wear all my size 8/10 shorts and dresses. i have a treadmill in my house but how exactly can i lose weight? i really want to lose my thigh fat. i have started running on my treadmill recently. i started running 30 mins everyday starting today and did some stretches. is that good enough? if not then please recommend things that i can do to lose my thigh fat. also how much weight can i lose in 2 weeks? since i am on my easter holiday right now i really want to be able to do everything i can to lose weight before summer. what do you think guys? will i be able to lose 20lbs in two weeks? i know its unhealthy but im desperate. please help. thank you. 😀

ok so basically i have this guy friend whom i met abroad who is staying in my home city for the next few months. i havent been able to meet up with him very much ever since he arrived mainly due to me cancelling/not being able to hang out etc but as its easter coming up i was thinking to take a trip to a city abroad where one of our mutual friend lives and inviting him to go with me. as hes kinda a guest in my country i feel like i should make more effort to spend time with him/take him places.
the thing is it would just be the two of us as i dont want to ask my other friends since they dont know my guy friend and would prob would be awkward as they are all girls and hed be the only guy. do you think its ok to invite him?
