I am in need to lose some pounds (as prescribed by my doctor for my TTC journey) and I searched online for fruits and veggies that could give me energy and some weight loss. Does anyone know which fruits and veggies could help me loss weight and give me energy?

Answer by jilla2221@att.net I know lots of greens can help to lose weight…spinach, broccoli, etc. They have lots of fiber & make you very regular 😉
Energy I’m not so sure…I have a friend that claims when he is tired eating an apple perks him up more than a cup of coffee, so it might be worth a try!

I know it is not the most healthy way to lose weight whatsoever.. but I am 19, 193 pounds, and very uncomfortable with my body. I have tried diet and exercise and even cut out soda for 5 months almost completely and drank water and green tea…I’ve still only lost about 20 lbs ( used to be 210). I want to be 160 or lower before summertime, and this is the only way I could do it. Which weight loss pill system would you recommendd, and how many pounds did you lose in a 3 month period?

I trying to figure the music video to this one song. Its a music video of teen who ignores all the rules. For example, there is a scene of the teen jogging around a pool, and there is a sign that says “No Running”. I believe it is a Green Day video, but I’m unsure. Question by allan: Can you live a normal Adult life, when you have bad acne as a teen?
If acne’s ruining your life and affecting your mental health as a teen, do you just grow out of it as an adult or will life just be the same as it is now.
Depression, anxiety, anger, will that go away or?

Answer by Amy May well severe acne as a teen is obviously very depressing (i’m 15 with mild acne) but if you’ve got through it and it has gone away there is no that should effect your adult acne-free life, just go out and live life!!!
