   scrub your face with a little rubbing alcohal, it gets all the dirt on your face that causes the acne. (believe me, there is dirt on your face, even if you’re a clean person) And when you pop a zit, put a drop of hydrogen peroxide on it, so it will kill all the bacteria and make it go away, instead of coming back. It’s what i do, and it works! good luck!

   wash your face daily-about twice a day should be fine (morning and night) and check out different kinds of face wash systems (proactive, clinique 3 step, neutrogena..ect..) and you can use an exfoliate 2-3 times a week (apricot scrub) after about a month of this if nothing is getting better go see a dermatologist they can help out alot!!!! you may need medication for your acne..or it could possible be your hormones and you may need something to help with that..
   once you get medication for it you should still be washing in day and night!!
   alot of acne comes from bacteria, therefore you should keep your hands off your face!!!!
