   i used to have the world’s worst acne back in junior high and high school. believe it or not but i had to do home school because my acne was so embarrassing.
   i tried everything out there and even spent thousands at the dermatologist.
   then one day, i was rinsing my mouth with tea tree oil and i notice the acne around my chin and upper lips cleared up. then i looked up more uses for tea tree oil and it says Tea Tree Oil clears up acne!
   i was acne free in a week!!!!!!!!! and i stayed acne free!!

   find tea tree oil at wal-mart in the vitamin isle. ask the pharmacist where it is!

   the best thing you can do to prevent acne, is to drink lots and lots of water. tap water is the best. it detoxifies your system. fruits also help a lot; especially citrus fruits.

   don’t go for soaps or cleansing agents that claim to get rid of your acne. they just dry up your skin. excess oils may cause acne but your skin still needs the oils. don’t over wash either for the same reason.
