well, yes.

for beauty, what do you mean? its kind of general.
for skin i say use olive oil for making it softer/smoother, it does magic, but dont over do it.
for hair, im not sure. what length and what type of hair do you have?
workout-ummm i say running is good and i love to run, but if its cold where you live, then do crunches, or push ups. is there a specific area you need to work on? itd be alot easier to answer your question if you were more specific,

After applying eye cream, apply a concealer with a synthetic makeup brush just under the eyes and along inner bone of eye. This area is often dark. By using the brush, you will achieve a smooth finish. You can then apply some foundation over this to achieve a blended makeup look. Concealer can also be applied to blemishes or dark spots.

apply after the foundation!! oh and blend your foundation!
