No water pill are used when you have water gain. Everyone has water build up and in some cases taken a water pill can take off a few pounds.

“Water pills” are called diuretics. They work on the kidneys. They increase the sodium in your urine, causing your body to pull water from your blood vessels. They can be used to treat conditions like high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

Some people think diuretics will make you lose weight, and they do. But this is a very temporary loss of water from your body. If you don’t have a health condition that requires diuretics, don’t take them to lose weight. You can become dangerously dehydrated.

Weight loss pills are usually appetite suppressants. There are over-the-counter kinds and prescription kinds. There are also weight-loss-pills that do things like keeping your body from absorbing some of the fat in the foods that you eat.

Do not try weight loss pill; I knew weight loss pills did not work because I did not believe that you can “magically” lose weight just by taking a pill and doing nothing.
