Question by jenn2004: Is fiber good for weight loss?
I am taking a dietary fiber and wanted to know if it’s good for weight loss? But I also want to know how many calories it contains this are the nutrion facts:
60 kcal
3g of protein
1g of fat
15mg of sodium
11g of total carbohydrate
5g of dietary fiber
6g of sugars

Fiber is good for weight-loss, and good for overall health.

Looks like yours contains 60 calories.

    fiber makes you poo lots, it gets rid of the nasties in your body, dont detox tho, its not good 4 you.

    Fiber is required in your diet for weight loss .This only works well with a healthy diet & exercise.Calcium also aids in weight loss.
    The calories in fiber dont really mattermuch because they are very low and are easily used in a daily cycle.If you are using a supplement try those that are sugar free.
