   I had acne bad until I joined the Marines. Im not exactly sure if I just grew out of it or what but here are some thoughts.
   -Shower and wash hair daily
   -Wash pillow cases frequently. I do not use fabric softener on pillow cases either
   -Shave daily with a bladed razor and gel. Electric razor’s are bad for acne. I still shave in the shower with hot water to rinse
   -Learn to sleep on your back or with your temple area on you bicep. Letting your cheeks touch the pillow just makes everything worse, so keep your face off the pillow. It takes practice to continue this even while sleeping.
   We had to shave daily in the Corps. as well as relentless sweating from running and exercising so much. maybe this helped keep pores clear?

   Well first off you need at water soluble cleanser and wash your face morning and night, these are some good ones:
   -Aveeno Positively Radiant Cleanser
   -Boots Expert Anti-Blemish Cleansing Foam
   -Burt’s Bees Natural Acne Solutions Purifying Gel Cleanser
   -Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin
   -Clean & Clear Daily Pore Cleanser, Oil-Free
   -Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Remover

   Then at night after I wash my face I exfoliate
   -Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Elixir
   -Aveeno Positively Ageless Daily Exfoliating Cleanser
   -Boots Expert Sensitive Gentle Smoothing Scrub
   -L’oreal go 360° Clean Deep Exfoliating Scrub
   -Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Scrub
   -Olay Blackhead Clearing Scrub

   Then I use another exfoliant that helps a little with getting rid of oil, it’s no miracle worker but it helps if you use one in the morning and once at night Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control 3-In-1 Hydrating Acne Treatment and right after you use a bezoyl peroxide acne cream:
   -Oxy Maximum Vanishing Oxy Spot Treatment
   -Proactiv Repairing Treatment
   -Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10, Maximum Strength
   -Oxy Clinical Clearing Treatment
   -Proactiv Advanced Blemish Treatment
   -Mary Kay Acne Treatment Gel

   And whenever you buy a face product make sure it doesn’t contain oil, with hazel or alcohol
