Thank you for inspiring me to eat healthier. I recently quit eating refined
sugars and carbohydrates (the fake food that Americans are surrounded with)
and to be honest…I’ve had major withdrawals of the bad sugar. Fruit has
been a savior and I was worried I was over doing it. But you got me excited
about even more fruit now! Thanks for the great videos

I’m obsessed with mangoes. Right now, I have three giant boxes of Ataulfo
and Kent mangoes I got for $30 at the Indian store, and I can’t wait to eat

@toddkrump Definitely a big fan of 80/10/10. It’s what provides the best
results and is the most enjoyable when put into practice from what I’ve
found…and I’ve done plenty of experimenting!
Juicy pears are one of my staples. Very easy to get lovely and ripe in
Europe, and often on offer. It’s not easy to get ripe mangoes here really,
only sometimes, and bananas need to be bought about a week before you
intend to eat them!
Chris, please talk about vegetable storage in fridge to keep things crisp
for 4-5 days. I am going to store every 4 days, am on day 36 of 100 day
juice feast. My fridge is full of veg and leafy greens, but I can’t keep
them crisp more than a day or two,

@ctrlbrk The best way I’ve learned is to wrap them in plastic bags and
store them in the fridge there. Putting paper towels in the bags to absorb
the moisture helps quite a bit. Those two techniques work wonders!
No worries. Melons, persimmons, peaches, nectarines, grapes, bananas, figs,
oranges, etc. etc. etc.! Any sweet and juicy fruit that you can eat in
enough quantity to meat your calorie needs is perfect.
I am certainly jealous of your opportunity to indulge in mangos! I haven’t
had one in years. Here in the redwoods of Cali, they are extremely
expensive…$2 each at cheapest … I will however inquire about buying
in bulk and see if they would be priced any more reasonable. Great list,
bro!!! Watching this vid made me realize how AMAZING our food selection is
on this diet and good point about feeling “full” but no “heavy”….it
is such a blessing to be free of that heaviness!
I lost 90 pounds so far and the last part of it so far was on the 80-10-10
diet… still more to go. I LOVE my green salads and while fruit is the
good stuff I don’t think I could maintain 80-10-10 without my green salads

@monellasweeting Hey bro, no worries I remember just getting started! I use
iMovie, which is a video editing software that came with my MacBook. I edit
my videos in iMovie, export them into a QuickTime video, and then upload
that file to YouTube.
@RealRawResults how do you do that fast editing is that a software down
load or rite from youtube. because i know useing youtube editor you only
could clip the ends off the vids. help me bro trying to learn thanks!!!
