If so, how? I’m 27 and have medium acne, much better than when I was a teen.

I’ve had mild adult acne since I was around 26 and after trying everything over the counter, I went to a dermatologist, who in turn had me keep a log of “stress/anxiety” in my life. As it turns out, the outbreaks (which were localized to one side of my nose and a little of my cheek) were directly related to highly stressful events in my life. While I still have a spot or two occasionally, learning coping methods for reducing stress is what worked for me. Past that, I would say go see a dermatologist, as they would be able to give you the best answer and put you on the path to clear skin.
