I’ve enjoyed watching your weight loss journey!! I was just thinking about
gettin one of these watches so this is right on time!! I’d like to see a
video of your workout schedule…like do u switch between cardio and
weights? How many days a week? How many off days? I guess in short just a
regimen lol. Oh and do u do protein powders, vitamins, ect. Great vid!! :)
With the Polar, you are able to see when you’re in Fat Burn mode. The heart
rate that correlates with Fat Burn mode though is so low that you may not
notice it. I think it’s like 130 0r 125. I can’t remember exactly. But yes!
I love my Polar! :)
I love your videos. Watching everyones various journeys is getting me super
juiced I even started my own. so thank you for sharing. I also bought a
sportline watch with the heart monitor/calorie band I got it for $20 on
eBay so some people may want to check that out as well before making the
“big purchase” which I plan to make later later on lol. The Sportline watch
I got on eBay was brand new in the package. :)
this is a great video! heart rate monitors are super fun when you’re
serious about your workouts. i think your weight loss progress is fantastic
and it looks like it’s about a pound per week, which is pretty healthy and,
more importantly, sustainable — especially if you’re incorporating
strength training (weight lifting) into your program. you’re inspiring! :-)
