Obesity is my greatest enemy. I’ve been suffering from this tired and boring situation. I need recommendation and suggestions on best weight loss diet plan… thank you…

    Diet plans will not work in the long run. You need to adopt healthy lifestyle changes that you keep for the rest of your life. Making these lifestyle changes will probably be difficult but you can do it! I will state the obvious first in that you must cut out junk food, fast food, and sodas. Starving yourself will not work either. You will have to find healthy foods that you enjoy and can eat in moderation. Lots of good sites on the web just search “healthy food recipes”.

    Then you need to add activity to your daily routine. You don’t need to kill yourself. Start with walking and build yourself up to where you can do more. This will help to increase your metabolism ( which is probably very slow right now) and burn more calories even while at rest. The key is to stick with it amd make it part of your healthy lifestyle.

    All this will take time but it will work in the end. Just keep visualizing your final goal and how happy you will be when you achieve it.

    * take a balanced diet, neither eat too much nor keep your stomach empty because it would further develop acidity which has other side effects.
    * Avoid to eat too much rice and spicy food.
    * Take simple and lite food.
    * Avoid fast food and flavoured beverages and cold drinks.
    * Always prefer to fresh juices.
    * Always prefer to eat white portion of egg.
    * Avoid to eat oily food to loss weight quick.
