   Be yourself, go with whatever outfits YOU like. No one hates anything more than someone trying to fit in and be who they’re not. You’ll end up feeling alone because you’ll find friends who really aren’t like you, and you won’t have that much fun.
   But just as little things if you find you do like them- the flats and plaid, and you could probably talk to your parents about wearing a little eyeliner if you like that- if you haven’t already=)
   Eyeliner’s pretty fun. If you do like it, find your color!! That’s always fun. I have lighter blue eyes, and I go with a color Sapphire. It brings out the color a bit more. It depends on your eyes, and hair. (I have brown hair, not dark chocolate brown, sort of semi-dark).. just incase you happen to have the same -brown hair blue eyes. THen try sapphire. But, you go with whatever you think looks best on you.
   Try to stay away from too much pop an junk this year. You’re going on 14, and your skin is going to get alot more oily.. Don’t give it up!!! Just be a tad bit more careful. Remember, you’re still 13, don’t freak out, you hae pleanty of time to still eat whatever you like. (Just don’t go overboard-lol).
   Have fun, do whatever with your friends. So what if people look, you’re having a good time, right? Then don’t worry about them!=)
   Have fun being at the top of your school!!

   well i got everything already and i got alll my clothes and my makeup…make sure you get everything you need now and not last minute because your not the only one who needs things for school. also the first day of school outfit should be shorts..you know like season appropriate. not short shorts because then youll get the wrong impression maybe a teeshirt and some shorts from like pacsun…first impression is very important at school lol you dont want to make a first mpression of a hobo =/…lol not funny i know. just be yourself and thats key!

   also, it seems like we go to the same school? im 13 too and it starts on september 8th!

   First, I think you should get your supplies organized and ready (backpack, notebooks, whatever you’ve been told you’ll need), get your room nice and clean and your new clothes washed and in your closet… probably a good idea to clean out your closet too, so you can get to what you need faster.    Beauty tips. Since you’re almost in high school, most girls start wearing more makeup around 8th grade. You don’t want to look, well, skeevy… so don’t wear too much. I’d say a good makeup routine would be:
   -tinted moisturizer to balance out your skintone
   -concealer (the stick kind works best) to hide pimples and such
   -mascara / eyeliner (if you have dark hair wear black, light hair wear brown), but don’t pile it on. line only the top lid and bottom outside corner, otherwise your eyes will look smaller.
   -neutral eyeshadow. gold, bronze, and pink for lighter skin and hair, chocolate brown, plum, and ivory for dark.

   And to wrap it up, you should try to get back in contact with your friends if you haven’t seen them much over the summer. No one likes feeling alone on the first day, so make sure you have some people to keep you afloat
