How can I clear acne really fast like in 2 weeks!?

Question by Lauren: How can I clear acne really fast like in 2 weeks!?
I have moderate acne and I want it gone before I get my braces off! What should I buy or do (at home) to get rid of it. And no proactiv I’m allergic. Maybe a home remedy?? Or something in stores I can buy for under $ 20 I have sensitive skin! And some good makeup that won’t make It worse. Right now I’m using neutrogena skinclearing oil-freemakup. Is it good or is there something better??

In 2 weeks…? not going to happen…
i’ve ben struggling with acne for 4 years, i doubt someone can get rid of all of it in 2 weeks.

    if you actually have “moderate acne” you need to see a dermatologist the stuff you buy at the store isn’t going to work. A prescription will. Ever notice that even if you use the stuff you buy religiously it never gets better? And most acne treatments. The ones that actually work take about four weeks.

    Basicly ur gunna be on a raw diet for 2 weeks , it’s gunna be boring and ur gunna wanna quit .

    U could also get a bucket of hott water mix alot of Epson salt and soak ur face till the water gets cold then repeat.

    U could get cup of water make sure its hott , then ad Epsom salt , add alot then mix it , then soak Cotten balls,

    Hold them down on ur blemishes for 2-3 minutes. Now if ur doing this to a pimple , after Ur done holding it down for 3 minutes take 2 more Cotten balls and put them on either side of the pimple, and kinda push them to gether, kinda like popping a pimple with ur fingers.

    Or after soaking the Cotten balls for 20-30 seconds just add more salt to the cup and when u go to pick the Cotten ball up scoop the salt onto the Cotten ball and massage ur face/ blemishes with it .

    Skincare should be simple. Not complicated. The best things are always free.

    Start by eating healthy is good. Also drink water! Water is not optional. It’s like the air you breathe. WAter is what’s going to reales all the toxin out of your body & clean it from inside & out. Try to AVOID fast-food,chips,etc. which us teens eat ALOT of. Those types of foods have a lot of oils in them which is what your skin is trying to get rid of.Avoid acid-forming foods, such as cream, milk, cheese, yogurt, and all other dairy foods. Avoid meat and cooked fats, especially fried fatty meats. You should also keep away from products containing flour, rice and sugar.But it’s not all bad. There are lots of tasty alkaline-forming foods that are good for you. These include things like, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. Nuts are also good, though you should be sparing with these, and seeds are good too.

    Next thing is sleep. Are you getting enough of it? Sleep is what heals you skin overnight. Also if you get enough sleep your stress levels will be lower. Try to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep. Try to sleep on your back if you can,so you’re not pressing your skin onto a dirty pillow. Try to change your pillow case,every couple weeks & wash your sheets.

    Don’t I repeat do NOT over wash your face- your skin is trying to keep it plainly oiled. Wash it in the morning and in the night to remove dirt & oil.If you have longer hair try washing it every night because your oily hair on your face can cause a break-outs. Also,avoid touching your face if your hands are dirty,so remember to wash your hands if you HAVE to touch your face.

    Exercise. So you must be wondering how would exercise help? Well it helps to circulate your body & can sometimes help lower your stress levels. Though this is optional.

    Moisturize. Using aloe vera is very good & Nutregena oil free acne wash is very good also. Though this is also optional.

    All right. So 3 tips i SWEAR by are…
    1.Green Tea.[Green tea is very high in anti-oxidants and that helps to fight oily skin and breakouts..also anti-aging]
    2.Natural Remedies.[I know how they are made & how they work]
    3.Stress.[You have to stop stressing & just start feeling good about yourself]

    Even still, acne is nothing to be ashamed of. Its normal and shouldn’t stop you guys from living your teenage years to the max. I only wish I had somebody to tell me this.
