I would be greatful if someone can educate me on correct use and benifits of using Aloe Vora Gel for weight loss programme. My wife who needs this is a vegetarian and can eat all kinds of vegetables. She is in general about 30% overweight from her ideal weight at 5ft 3in tall frame.

I dont know the answer to your question but what i do know is, im not a believer in weight loss pills or gel.
Surely if they was some magical gel that made you lose weight we’d all have it? then we could eat chocolate and not exercise.
The truth is most (if not all) are scams and i think its the lazy persons way out tbh.
If your wife really wants too lose weight she needs to watch the calories she eats and exercise daily.
