I have family from there but I am from nebraska I can help you out they have a slight accent some have a heavyer one that resembles southern canadians with the about sounding aboot but for most there voice does slide to U H and some sound more like the Wisconson higher pitch heavy h talking .. oh my gosh sounds like Hoe Mai Garsh.. also they have a kindof Whine they start there words with it alot before the first letter you can hear it when they are talking even. I hope that helps some even have a twang but not like the south its hard to explain i guess thats why its a challenge…. The dress is basically the same everywhere, now a days they teens wear whats popular in magazines and music and the adults wear casual nicer clothes there is alot of agriculture so more blue farmes clothes and plaid too older ladies wear flowery dress or pastels alot but thats with all old people :P.. just remeber its higher agriculture but they are not cut off from the world lol they have internet and parties love to shop while some like going outdoors.. Versus city more hunters… camoflauge and blue button up shirts .. but otherwise there voice gives them away listen to the college video from different north dakota schools like Nd school of science and stuff those will help you
