i’ve heard clean and clear works really good and so does acne free. Btw, i don’t think it’ll remove your acne in 2 weeks.. your skin needs time to renew.

I had acne all my teenage life, and most products didn’t help at all.

But then I tried a different approach.

First I got the Aveeno Moisturizing Facial Bar, its like $ 3 at walmart. Its all natural, oatmeal based, and doesn’t have harsh chemicals.

I also became very careful of getting bacteria on my face. I highly recommend that you avoid touching your face as much as possible, but also try to wash your hands regularly to prevent any spread of dirt or bacteria.

Also drink plenty of water and get exercise to help keep your pores flushed out.

Worked for me, I’ve got clear skin now.

dont use proactive..doesnt work for everyone and it makes your skin dry. your best bet would be to see a dermatogist because the creams they give really work. i love st.ives apricot scrub though..then i use cocoa butter lotion because its suppose to help take away marks.

I am not a teen but I do have a teenager and he doesn’t have alot of acne but when some flares up I get him to use the Aspirin Mask, and at first he did NOT want to do this but once he seen it worked and worked fast he doesn’t mind to do it. He only applies it where he needs it not all over like women do. I usually take 4 or 5 aspirins and a little bit of water, enough to make a paste …..here is how to do it in more detail….

“The aspirin mask is a homemade BHA mask available to each and everyone of us, totally inexpensive and highly efficient, made of salicylic acid or tablets of aspirin. BHA is known to help tremendously with cleaning pores from deep inside and therefore contribute to keeping our skin blemish-free. BHAs are efficient on existing blemishes as well, by helping them heal faster and keeping pores clean afterwards.”

This mask is good for all skin types, especially normal to oily and combination skin, acne-prone and clogged skin.

“Basic preparation: 1/4 tsp. salicylic acid (ask for it at pharmacy, if you cannot find it, then crush 3-5 tablets of plain aspirin instead), distilled water. Mix the powder with the water until it becomes of a creamy consistence, apply on clean dry skin (focus on T-zone and sides of the nose). Keep it on until completely dry. Take a small cotton pad, wet it lightly and begin scrubbing the areas covered with the mask, making small circles. Finally, rinse with plenty of water. It would be excellent to apply a calming mask or a hydrating mask first, followed by your regular moisturizer. Skin will be left completely smooth and even.”

I used proactiv face wash for about a year. I stopped getting it because it was really expensive but it worked really really well. It did make my skin dry sometimes though….

Here are the products I use on my face that work good:
Noxzema- continous clean micro bead cleanser
    Proactiv solution- revitalizing toner
    Proactiv solution- repairing lotion
Clean and Clear- oil free dual action moisturizer
    ( moisturizes and prevents pimples)

    Try a facial

Elizabeth Arden- Skin basics velva cream mask
    or
    Proactiv- refining mask.

everyones skin is different, but good luck.

    ALSO:
    I take Vitaclear.
Vitamins that work internally to regulate my system so I dont break out.

Look, no one is perfect. Granted, genes make some people look like pepperoni pizzas whilst other look like the stepped off the cover of “Vogue”, but its not your fault you have pimples. Always remember your true friends don’t care what you look like, and that inner beauty is more important, whether your a girl or guy. There’s a site for young girls; http://www.freewebs .com/reelbeauty11 , but it has great tips on there that can work for anyone.

Check your habits. Do you prop up your chin with your hands? Thats asking for chin zits. Clean your specs often so you won’t get pimples on the bridge of your nose.

Don’t pop them! If you want them to go away, make a paste of baking soda and water and dab it on the zit, then go to sleep. In the morning it should be dried up. Also, toothpaste or honey works for some people, but its not recommended.

Every other day, use normal table salt and water to wash your face. The salt will scratch the dead skin off your face, and help prevent pimples. Don’t scrub too hard, or it’ll hurt.

My brother gets zits all the time, so I’m somewhat of an ‘expert’, lol! Let me know if it works and if you need more help!
