Question by Melissa: Do isometrics really work for weight loss?
I’m looking for low-no impact exercise to do. I heard isometrics is good for weight loss but I am a bit skeptical. Well?

As with any exercise program, precautions need to be taken. Consult a doctor before beginning an isometric weight loss program..:)

    No, they don’t. Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Isometrics don’t even get your heart rate up, so how do you burn fat? You’ve got to cut out the junk food and get more exercise. That’s how you lose weight and it’s seriously all it takes.
