Great study break. I am so much more focused now.
Turns out all I need to take interest in exercise is an instructor who makes constant theater and sci fi references.
Funnily enough I did this session yesterday. Been exploring other stuff on your site, so hadn’t done this one for a couple of weeks. Was easier for sure, although I know deep down I need to do more regular sessions to see a proper difference.
This is def one of the best ones I’ve done though – along with 15 minute standing yoga, 30 minute power yoga and 45 minute pilates. Also did the plank work out yesterday. Man, that’s a killer!
Wow, another great workout. Although when it got to 22.00 minutes and I had to do that extended boat… well, let’s just say I looked more like an upturned beetle who had just popped acid. Seriously impressed with your balance and strength Sean… yes, I know: practice!
All the beginner ones, and I try most of the ones that you have posted on Facebook. I can’t do those burpee ones as they hurt my hip… I had a bad horse riding accident, had my foot caught in stirrup, and was dragged, my hip clicks a lot when I do the half boat to full boat, but doesn’t hurt?? But anything too jarring like jumping can cause me to stiffen and be in pain.
