   For preventing youngsters from anything is under the parental responsibility as per the Law.
   The question is (1) parental control – (2) prevent kids – I can control my kid, but not yours. I can tie up my kid in my home, for not going to my neighbours houses. I can detach or disconnect or close the room where computer is installed and individually many things can be possible. But, if my kid goes to the neighbours house, my good neighbour would never deny him to switch on the computer.
   So, I many a time, not understand how the question was formed
   – Yes, I can refrain from answering. That is the best answer for baseless questions.
