Question by Andreas Anthony: Is It Illegal To Have A Sexual Discussion In A Chat Room 21 vs 15 Year Old?
I know this pedophile who makes sexual references towards other teen girls. Hes 21 and a very creepy.

He hits on a lot of younger teenagers. If hes over 18 and the girl is 15, is it illegal to make sexual remarks towards the teenager?

i pretty sure it depends on how each individual state has written it’s laws. it certainly borders on legality in many. one could say that it’s pornography. distributing pornography to minors is illegal. if he tries to get them to meet him for sex, he’s guilty of a sex offense.
