I absolutely love this product. I take take 2 capsules 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meal.. Also I feel a boost in energy during my workouts! I struggle getting rid of belly fat and after 2 months of using Weight Loss Idealiss fat burn I have that flat stomach I’ve always wanted. I have tried many ways and products. They didnt work .This …weightlossidealiss aid helped me get through the holiday season without gaining a pound. Of course! I should have known there was purpose behind it. I think maybe the mic / audio of the video affects the sound.. it probably doesnt sound here like it does to you. but I have encountered a kid who did a very similar thing in their chosen martial arts.. it is to control breathing.. I found it kind of weird at first.. I thought he was getting agitated with me lol
haha indeed indeed.. i disagreed but not confrontationally.. perhaps consider a person has a basic concept or idea.. .. if they share it with 10 others then you have 11 minds contemplating it.. refining it.. I’m really into refining.. not changing things for personal bias or worthless words like culture or tradition.. but refine with purpose to reduce wasted movements or thoughts and simplifying.. Contemplate this.. how can you tell if a teacher is a bad teacher?
eh master schmaster.. I never considered being a master of things.. i will just practice til im dead.. but I can’t agree with you because teaching is really a separate skill.. I teach things all the time and yet never claim to be a master… and things I can do with ease I have a hard time transmitting to others.. so even just with me as an example I can not agree fully with you. if we all waited to be masters before teaching and sharing.. many concepts would have died with people long ago
I personally appreciate yoga skill (or kung fu skills ) over the ability to teach skill.. teaching is separate from the practice itself.. its why some people can be awesome at things and yet not transmit it very well. Thanks for not taking my comment as an insult. I am open and observant and sometimes if they cant hear my voice its easy to think im just judging etc.. Perhaps meditate first.. incense.. quietness or nice sounds.. for maybe 30 mins THEN do the video.. youll be zenned out then
it’s called “ujayi breath” and you’re supposed to sound like darth vadar. Some yoga practices focus on breath, others on posture. I’m obviously focused on breath but it sounds like I have a cold huh?
were you not feeling well? you have a yanging vibe coming off you today. as if you kinda would rather be doing something else. forgive me if it is just your teaching method. the information and postures are reasonable. You just seem like you aren’t into it today. i mean this as just a relaxed questioning chat and am by no means intending to judge or pick on you.
hahaha i was just scrolling down to see if anyone had comments about that. you really cant avoid scrutiny when uploading youtube. i was thinking maybe she just had a cold.
