Question by Denise: How can I reboost my weight loss?
Over the past 2 years I have lost 127 pounds. I want to lose at least 50 more pounds. My current weight is 212 pounds. However, the weight loss has stalled for a while now. I am still working out religiously (6 days a week) and eating a healthy diet. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. Does anyone have any tips to help me reboost my weightloss?

If I were you I would actually go see a doctor about losing weight. Since you are working out so much but eating so little, I’m confused why you aren’t losing weight. The doctor can check your thyroid levels and even prescribe weight loss medication that actually works. Not that over the counter stuff that’s just a rip off.
