Top 5 PS3 games to get if your starting out.?

Please just please ignore the current problems with the PSN and all. Pretend its any other day. Ok so sometime around the middle of May Im going to get a PS3. If I have no games what would be the top five to first get? My favorite types are racing and action/rpg. And also please dont include any cod games on the list my friend is already selling my black ops.

No reason other than theyre all great games any PS3 owner should have.
