There is this chat room called teen-chat where many older men gather around to meet minors. For example, if you enter in with the name, “Sarah”, and state to the older men that you are 12 years old they will request a webcam chat and once you accepted they will perform sexual acts in front of the webcam. There is no report feature or moderators in this chat-room, should I go ahead and report it to FBI/IC3?

Make a complaint to your local department and they will have a detective investigate and pursue further investigation with online watchers that work in governmental jobs.
