amazing coverage! You are so brave, going without makeup. Thank you. I had acne too. Now i have just a few hp spots . Acne.org helped me a lot. I now use the moisturizer, along with jojoba oil. I make my own turmeric milk mask. Im keeping the products that I use at a minimum. Be gentle to your skin. Rubbing is very irritating. Hope this helps. Thanks again for this video

thanks for the video! i have acne similar to yours, though it’s 99% confined to my cheeks and chin, and to a slightly lesser degree. It’s the worse it’s been in the 6 years I’ve been breaking out, and I know the courage it takes to take off all the makeup. I don’t let anyone see my skin bare.
For the last three days I’ve been using sea salt and i swear, the redness is almost all gone and the bumps are smaller. Try it. Just google sea salt and acne.
i used to have a lot of acne.. then i started eating more healthy, drank a lot of water, did';t pick on my spots..took a shower and face wash very often and put ice cubes at some big spots..that kinda make them disappeared afterwards so now i don’t have any acne or scars..oh and one last thing..important one..i hardly put on any make up on..especially the mac ones..i stayed away from mac foundations and concealers to help the healing process

its better if u put concealer on your hand first and then apply it with your fingers to spots cause if u put it directly from concealer tube on your face u pick up bacteria and when u put it back into tube u spread it. just a little tip, othervise i really like this video
Very nice basic explanation about acne. Did forget to mention the important role of bacteria in the infection and inflammation associated with more advanced forms of acne. When redness is? involved, bacteria is involved. The bacteria multiple in the over abundant oil. Source: backne.org
