I must say, as determined by Jon Hicks‘ redesign, the leaves design phenomena is now considered pasé and ‘so yesterday’.
All joking aside, here’s the new design for 2ndSite’s freshly released (4 minutes ago) 2ndSite service, which is now called FreshBooks.

Also, you may notice the lower section (visit to see) is so HEMINGWAY that you’ll realize that warpspire has hit a webnerve that perhaps is really taking off at this point, I’m speaking about the "lower 3 columns" type of design (hat tip for wordpress designers!).
