Hi! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you tried using Proladox Diet Plan? I’ve heard many extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me: (
I just finished working outside and came in for a nap. I know I could lose a few pounds so I decided to do a search for hypno-therapy. I found many and chose this one and within in moments (after the long introduction) I was induced. Now I don’t know if it worked since this is session one and I was very tired. But I will listen every night before going to sleep. Do you have any that are for better memory recall?

perhaps just let your mind drift and wonder while the video plays, and let your mind come back now and then to listen to the words, when it wants to. And see what happens. Sometimes concrentating too much can be a bit of a hinderance, so try to just let go. In regards to anorexics, in the introduction it does say the session is for people who are overweight who want to lose weight. Anyway, I hope the above tips helps. Good luck
do you also have a tip for an add person. i really want to be like.. in total rest but every time i hear.. you go deeper and deeper. i am wondering ‘am i deep enough. and when you start about a little kid i am making a whole cartoon in my head. and when the eating thing starts I’m like.. wait what if anorexic people listen to this…. i just can’t concentrate

Your video’s have really helped me sleep. I have had problems with insomnia all my like since I was a young child. I am 35, with insomnia, gaining weight, quit smoking and have bad sciatic pain. Your 3 video’s are the only thing that just knocks me out. Thank you!
thanks for asking. There is about a 5 minute intro at the start of all 3 sessions, which you can skip after listening to it once. All three sessions, including the first, have a different theme and suggestions for weight loss. You can use them whatever order you like. This particular one is convenient to use at the end of the day when you want to go to sleep. I hope that answers your question.
I love to listen to this every night that I can, It has really helped me to workout 5 to 6 days a week, for 2-3 hrs. Before I started to listen to this everynight, I ate more and did not workout that much. I don’t know how, or why it work’s, but it does, and I want to thank you for putting this up and all your other videos on here. Also it makes me sleep like a baby, and if I wake up again in the middle of the night, I hit replay!

Dr. Paul, would it be safe to say that we only need to listen to sessions 2 and 3, or is the 3rd relevant, as I would like to know. I have a android, and willing to try the 3 mp3 files, but if the 1st is just introductory, then I wouldn’t need to listen to the first? Just wondering. Reply back. Thank you

that’s probably a fair comment! If you have listened to it once, just fast forward it next time. I’m thinking of splitting the free mp3s on the website, which includes this session, so the intro and the session itself are different mp3s, so you can go directly to the session.
