Can you use palmer’s cocoa butter to get rid of the reddish acne color and the idented marks on your skin.

Both are acne scars and so are the raised wartish looking things left behind when a big zit’s gone. When I was a teen my face looked like a sheet of course purple sand paper. As I got older the purple entirely disappeared but the pits have remained. I’ve never found a cure. A friend of mine used rose hip oil and raved about the results. It seems to soften the pits so they melt into your skin. I thought it was too expensive so I only went through one bottle.
A friend’s mother swore that aloe vera completely got rid of her ice pick scars. Buy a plant and try it. I tried it but it was cold and slimy and felt icky. I stopped trying.

There are several options (mostly natural products) that are raved about like vitamin E, honey, aloe vera, rose hip oil, tea tree oil etc but it’s a matter of trying them out and observing improvements.

Cocoa butter sounds too thick and greasy to be putting on skin that has a history of oiliness and clogged pores. People with dry beautiful skin can play around with greasy stuff but if you want to avoid further scaring try to avoid thick buttery potions that encourage acne to form.

If you are financially well off, consider a surgical option as most guarantee positive results.
