    hon, muscular thighs are beautiful. Yours will continue to be made of fat if you don’t exercise them. They will just be “skinny fat”. This will work your thigh muscles and get them strong. They won’t “bulk up” because you need lots of testosterone to do that and women don’t have that.I ride horses and have super strong legs.And I love it.

    Muscular thighs are a good thing. Doing squats and things like this will definetly give u more muscle tone, burn calories, and help get you thinner thighs. If you want to be “skinny fat”, then, by all means, don’t do this exercise. Restrict calories, sit on your ass, and criticize people who want to be healthy and look good.
