It is an alternative music video about this couple that lives together. Their hair grows really fast and passing time is shown by them cutting their hair. It a really cool but strange music video and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the artist or song. Thanks so much!

I dont know for sure but you might want too look at the band The Hundred In The Hands. It sounds like a music video they would do hope it helps.
