All you need is a pair of scissors, your old t-shirts, and about an hour of time and you’ve got yourself a unique and super snuggly scarf. Material List: 1. Scissors 2. T-shirt Steps: 1. Eh actually that is kind of true. But it might just be because of the colors. I have a friend who made one for me and it had the cutest colors which made it look so cute and awesome.
