and lost it again. I have another 84 to lose. Should I speed up my weight loss? Or am I losing normally?
I am not on a diet I have completely changed my eating habits and lifestyle, also I am getting exercise. I was a real couch potato. Now the TV rarely comes on.

Any weight loss is awesome. Just make sure you don’t plateau and it slows down. Once you lose the excess fat it will slow down but until then it should be at a steady rate. I think as long as you’re working out on a regular basis and eating healthy that’s the main thing. It’s not about what you weigh but how healthy your lifestyle is… that’s what increase life longevity. Keep up the good work I say =)

You are losing a little slower than expected – maybe a late by a couple of weeks. I do not call that bad – it is just a shade less than what you would want to be.

With the perfect diet you could be faster though. Possibly a read onto this can help you:

Don’t rush these things. After I retired from the Marine Core I gained about 30 pounds. I’m 6’2″ and at the time was 260. I’m now 230 but a sigificant amount of it is muscle. It took me 10 months which is really fast. I’m just one of those people who can do that I guess. Don’t rush it though. It will be worth it in the long run when you don’t get sick or hurt yourself.
