Be honest what do you think of teen songs these days?

Im a thirteen year old girl and I was listening to songs on my iPod. I just realized that songs are basically all the same today. I know most people got sick of Soul Sister but it was original and thats why I liked it. I mean songs like Whos That Chick Just Dance Turn Around Replay and all those stupid songs about doing girls are all the same. Most of them are good songs theyre just all the same and it really annoys me. Is it just me or has other people noticed this too? What do you think of teenage songs?

i think there good songs im 16 but i think they all have the same kind of beat and they all repeat the lyrics a lot more than songs from other generations did. but apart from that i think there are some awesome songs out nowadays

Seriously I wish it was the 90s. Im 15 and yah theyre catchy for like a week nut then looking back theyre all just stupid. You should listen to Syllables by eminem. Its basically saying that the music now a days sucks and its not about the lyrics amymore just a catchy beat and good hook.

I totally agree songs these days are so cheesey and have hardly no meaning to them. I think the songs get old and boring after hearing it like a billion times on the radio. I am sick of all these new current songs they just really suck
