I use ‘clearasil skin perfecting wash’ its to stop breakouts and just keep your face clean, but it doesn’t really do anything about my spots, they’re barely noticeable anyway

I don’t do anything special, such as wash my face (other than in the shower, of course) or use some sort of magic cream.

I would say my acne level is low. It is not non-existent but you can’t really see it unless you look a little closer. I’d say my strategy (or rather, a lack of one) is working very well.

I use Desert Essence Vegan Tea Tree Oil face wash, and have never had a breakout. It’s a gentle, pH balanced cleanser that doesn’t strip my skin of the natural oil it needs. I buy it at Trader Joe’s for around $ 5.99, but you can find it at other stores as well as online. Prior to using this I washed my face with Kiehl’s Gentle Foaming face wash or Cetaphil, both of which are very mild, non-aggressive cleansers, and never experienced any problems. I think one of the most common mistakes teens make when it comes to skin care if using products that are too harsh and irritating to the skin. If you’re having a breakout try using a mild cleanser in the morning and before bed, and twice a week use a gentle exfoliator. You can make one yourself with a little lemon juice mixed with sugar and water, or honey and sugar. Always use a lightweight moisturizer as well. For your spots, Neosporin or another antibiotic gel is a good choice. Never use anything with a benzoyl peroxide level over 5% because it will aggravate your face and cause it to become so dried out more oil will be produced to compensate, and then you’ll have a breakout.

I’ve attached a link to an another question I answered about skin care where more tips are listed, and others also gave information that you might find useful.

    ~ peace : )

I use clean and clear, pretty much anything from them.
Right now I’m using the deep acting cleansing cream and it’s working pretty good(: If I don’t use face wash I get bad breakout, well some people get way worse, but it’s bad to me so maybe moderate level haha. Also drink lots of water, that helps clear up skin by getting rid of excess oil in your face.

I use proactive which i know most people think is a load of bull but it does really work for me. I had severe acne at 11 years old and tried every product you can imagine (apart from stuff from the doctor) and within two weeks of using proactive i was down to mild acne and now 3 years later it’s only the occasional spot.

    =)

I have used many different brands but I have the the best one is Clearasil Stay Clear Skin – Face wash. It really does work and it feels good because it has little ‘beads’ in it that helps exfoliate. I then use Simple face moisturizer. I use Clearasil spot cream too, but you know what works better? Sudacrem. It’s perfect for getting rid of spots. I have only been using it for about 3 weeks and I can’t believe the difference, you should get yourself some if you’re having trouble with spots. (:

    Acne level – Low.

    Have a nice day! 😀

I use AcneFree. It is almost exactly like Proactive but it is 40 bucks cheaper. Proactive worked really well for me but it is just too expensive and doesn’t last very long. AcneFree has three steps, and there are a couple different types of the soap (regular, severe, and I think there is another one).

I have moderate acne. I only break out when I am stressed and when I am starting my period. My acne used to be HORRIBLE. I went through tons of different soaps. I had lazer procedures done to clear it up.

Im also on a medical treatment because my mom didn’t want ant scaring or anthing but I saw my doctor a few days ago and she said it should be all better soon !!! =) If your acne gets too bad I highly suggest you see a doctor. It doesn’t even have to be that Extreme!

Acne level is low now. =)

I use Neutrogena Invigorating Face Wash. It’s foaming and gentle. I have pretty sensitive skin and it doesn’t contain any harsh exfoliants. I don’t have any acne and I have my dermatologist, not my face wash to thank for that.

I use “Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash” and I find that it works pretty well.
I have low acne but sometimes it springs to moderate.
The wash works pretty well, the only thing I should say about it is that it can be quite drying. So if you use it only wash with it once a day and have a good moisturizer.
