They’re not telling us we can’t look pretty in sweatpants, they’re just saying that wearing something else might look better and still be comfortable. It’s their opinion, if you want to wear something different to the airport then go ahead, they’re just giving people some advice based on their personal experience.

I might forego a full foundation routine, but I’m not leaving with nothing on my face, I might give someone heart failure and that just wouldn’t do. Even on a long plane ride there’s no need to go all slobby and gross, you never know if you’re soul mate might be on there! I unintentionally set off the metal detector the second time I flew, got a full body pat down because of a metal belt clasp. Bright idea not.

    I love this because I’m so sick of seeing people that think that wearing pjs on a plane is OK. IT’S NOT! I’m not saying we have to go back to the “glory days” of flying while wearing long line bras a girdles, but looking nice for your adventure is definitely a must in my book.

    I used to work airport security back after I graduated high school. I hated people that felt they had to bring their lives on the plane. That was back before 911 when you could get away with carrying a lot more stuff than you can now.
