Your weight x 10, unless you exercise a lot, where you’d add maybe 100-200 calories to that. But it really does differ from person to person. Teens often do have a higher metabolism that adults. If you lose weight on this add some more calories until your weight just stays the same.

around 2000 a day if you are trying to lose weight and that’s about the average.

    For a girl:
2000: if you are healthy, athletic, and at a good weight.
1200-1600: if you want to loose weight.
Whether you’re slim or not, you still need to make sure you are eating HEALTHY to get all the nutrients! and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Depends entirely on the amount of lean (muscle) mass and your activity level, it can range from about 1,500 to 2,500 calories. What is not enough calories for one individual may be too much for someone else or vice versa. Hope this helps.

It really just depends. Some of my freinds eat a ton ton ton, like 3 big meals, and 3-4 good sized snacks as well, and they are average sized. Course some of them play soccer, so they need that much food.
I tend to eat anywhere from 1800-2200 a day, and I am quite thin.
For a general rule, if you are eating less than 1800 calories and not losing or maintaining your weight, then it isn’t enough food for your body to be at its ‘happy weight’. Your body has a set point and eating less to be skinnier than it wants to be isn’t fun or good for your health.
most of my friends eat about the same as I do, and the ones who play sports eat a lot more. None of us are anywhere near overweight either. We do eat a good mix of healthy food and junk food though, I guess it balances out.
    i’m 17 by the way
