i try to go in to the yahoo chat rooms for the first time and it says access denied

Most likely it is because you are too young. Yahoo restricts access to chat rooms to those 18 years of age and older. This is to protect minors because chat rooms are not safe. There could be child predators, foul language, and adult topics discussed. None of which a child or young teen need exposed to.
