Q&A: weight loss?

heres my situation: i work out everyday and run everyday, i eat healthy, but the thing is that i dont seem to lose any inches off my waist. i only seem to prevent myself from gaining additional weight. i want to know if there is any particular reason for this, and also maybe a weight loss supplement that would be specialized for my situation, or maybe a suggestion for something that you have used and that has worked. thanks!

maybe you shoukd cut down the carbs
